It goes without saying that Ray-Ban is a favourite brand for many for sunglasses. Look at some of the style icons from the past and present and Ray-Ban pops up so often. With a philosophy of staying true to your vision and never hiding, it seemed fitting they recently embarked on the Ray-Ban Envision Tour with the likes of Matt Corby in Sydney’s Hyde Park to start the tour and Jinja Safari in Brisbane to conclude.
The Man Has Style asked Jinja Safari to share their style icons from the past or present and who they look to for style inspiration. What resulted were some fun responses and an eclectic mix of style inspiration.
Heavily influenced by the clean-cut boy band style of tight jeans and a simple tee, with a long simple necklace. His look is humble. His style icons are the self-proclaimed new king of pop Justin Beiber and the One Direction gang.
Angus Stone and Pepa’s eclectic & eccentric Dad, Nealo are Jacob’s go to guys for style notes.
Joe and Stral
Influenced by grunge fashion – think along the lines of Russell Brand & Mick Jagger. The majority of their funds go to General Pants and American Apparel as well as picking up a few pre-loved bargains from the general thrift store. They favour the ironically cool, ripped jeans and a cartoon tee.
