Fresh, Crisp and Relaxed

This time of year in Australia, with summer in full swing, I do like seeing the resort collections. Over the past few weeks especially, I have spent time in resorts on the Gold Coast and people watching is part of the relaxing and events. Being able to mix pieces that go from day to night and not be too serious, yet keep that attention to detail and crispness in the styling can be tricky for some. Great quality fabrics and cuts go a long way in looking good.

I noticed the Calibre capsule resort collection for 2015 keeps its look fresh and relaxed. The colour palette, inspired by the sun-soaked streets of Miami, gives us a mix of mauve and pale blue pastels, along with white, navy and stone. The images from the Summer in Calibre SS15 campaign are shot by photographer David Mandelberg, with Australian model, Jack Tyerman.
